I spent yesterday at Yosemite National Park and managed to visit the Ansel Adams gallery while I was there. This photo shows a selection of postcards featuring Adams’ photographs that I purchased from the gallery store.

Rubber Bands, Rubber Balls
What is it?
A trip to the farmer’s market today turned up this bunch of odd looking fruit. Yellow calamari? Squash blossoms? That face-hugger from “Alien”? Nope, just a variation of citron, “Fingered Citron”, which is also known as “Buddha’s Hand”. It smells wonderful.
Woodpecker
Acorn woodpeckers were out in full force today taking advantage of the lovely weather to rearrange the stash in their granary trees.
