Once the rain stopped I made myself venture out into the chilly swamp that my back yard has become to take some photos of the garden. There isn’t much blooming at the moment, but the succulents are looking healthy despite recent below freezing temps.
Another day, another cat.
When all else fails there’s always a scrub jay around to photograph. Just add peanuts, and they will come.

We don’t know when his actual birthday is, but we estimate he was about 8 or 9 months old when he first showed up here in August 2003, so happy new year birthday.
