It was a little depressing today, taking inventory of the frost damage in my garden, but I was so happy to see these purple buds peeking out from the foliage on the trellis. I don’t remember the name of this plant (edit: hardenbergia), but its early blossoms are a welcome sight.
And hopefully warmer days to come.
Once the rain stopped I made myself venture out into the chilly swamp that my back yard has become to take some photos of the garden. There isn’t much blooming at the moment, but the succulents are looking healthy despite recent below freezing temps.
